Too Good To Go is a mobile app in partnership with different food producers and sellers that allows you to buy baskets of unsold food for a cheaper price. You can get products from bakeries, restaurants or supermarkets...

Phenix

Since 2014, Phénix invests against food waste by working with associations and particulars to reduce the quantity of unsold food. By date, they have a partnership with about 10 000 brands and companies to fight against food waste.

NOUS Anti-Gaspi

It opened in September 2020 in Cesson-Sévigné, accessible with bus C6 or 67.  You can find fruits and vegetables, loose goods, meat and eggs, cooked meals, household and hygienic products… Most of their products are organic and come from local farms or supermarkets overstock.

With a supermarket located to the north of Rennes and a grocery located in the centre of Rennes. You will surely find your happiness with all the kinds of loose items they have to offer!

Vrac Village

Located in Rennes and accessible by bus C4, 11, 53, 54, 55 and 56. This shop offers different kinds of food or hygienic items without useless wrapping. An excellent way to fight against packaging abuses! 

Epifree Rennes 1

This initiative was created at the University of Rennes 1 in 2020 to help students living in precariousness. They collect unsold items from several supermarkets to hand them out to students for free! 

It is both a way to help students with low incomes and to reduce food waste.

Food not bombs

If you are vegan, don’t worry, you can also have your free meals! “Food not bombs” is a collective in which you can go every first Sunday of the month to get your free meal cooked from unsold market food. So go to Place Hoche to share a good moment and meal with other people!

L'épicerie gratuite

“Free groceries” is an association that wants to fight against food waste and help students at the same time. This association gets unsold products from supermarkets, markets and school cafeterias.
